Instructions for setting up recurring payment process:
1. Change Frequency to "Recurring".
2. Enter the monthly, quarterly or yearly amount. (i.e. if you sign up for $1,000/year, the monthly amount would be $83.34).
3. "Select a frequency" to change the recurring date. The first payment will be charged today. Future payments will be charged on the recurring date you select.
4. Continue to the following page to enter credit card information.
